Ask HN: Resources for learning about AI models

I have been using some of the AI models like ChatGPT and Gemini for simple end user tasks like help in writing small scripts or help in proofreading OCR text etc. I would like to learn how to take use of these models to create workflows, or to create apps/services based on them.
